For the Circle, I implemented a new mode of storytelling on our Instagram. Instead of posting the headline and photo, I broke up the article among various other photos I took to support the written work. I have used this technique and created various posts about topics ranging from on-campus events to updates about ICE’s presence in the Hudson Valley. According to our Instagram business insights, these posts have performed over five times better than our usual posts, generating over 6,000 views and over 200 likes on each post. Additionally, these posts had an extremely short turnaround time.
